# Filter your table

> Build field conditions from the floating Filter button without changing stored data.

export const Screenshot = ({light, dark, alt, caption, width, height, sizes, portrait = false}) => <figure className={portrait ? "oss-doc-screenshot oss-doc-screenshot-portrait" : "oss-doc-screenshot"}>
    <div className="oss-product-light">
      <img src={light} alt={alt} width={width} height={height} sizes={sizes} loading="lazy" />
    </div>
    <div className="oss-product-dark">
      <img src={dark || light} alt={alt} width={width} height={height} sizes={sizes} loading="lazy" />
    </div>
    {caption ? <figcaption>{caption}</figcaption> : null}
  </figure>;

Select the floating **Filter** button at the bottom right of the table. Choose a field, a match operator, and a value. Add another condition when needed and select whether all or any conditions should match.

Available operators follow the selected field's type. NULL checks do not need a literal value. Select **Apply** to refresh the table with the matching rows; **Clear all filters** returns to the complete view.

Filters do not edit or delete records and do not require search indexes. Export Requests exports the complete table, even when the spreadsheet view has active filters.
